Withdrawing money from BitStarz!

What a rigmarole it is to withdraw money from BitStarz. After taking my deposit with ease and requiring no personal documentation they now tell me I have to supply a photo of this that and everything else to make a withdrawal - even to the same credit card the deposit was made from and it's the same amount as well. Never had this problem with any other casino. Flippin ridiculous.

I don't no why they allowed deposit without any verifications & want documents when someone want there money back, online casino just want our money that's bad.
