Is the MoneyPot wallet a scam?

I came across a new wallet called MoneyPot recently that claims to be a "Bitcoin Gambling" wallet. I've read a number of times about scam wallets appearing online that steal your money so I'm a little concerned that this wallet has been set-up to take advantage of the influx of U.S. online gamblers who are now using btc to fund their betting accounts. Many of these new bitcoin users are not tech savy and may be a little too trusting. Is this wallet supposed to be a replacement for Coinbase and Circle?

I've never heard about these guys which is a little worrisome. Plus their websites looks like something that was designed in the 90's so I'd be careful about using this service. I don't see the need to have a specific "bitcoin gambling wallet" when wallets like Bread, Mycelium and Blockchain.info work perfectly well.
