have any traditional online gambling sites switched 100% to btc?

it seems that pretty much all the major offshore sportsbooks and poker rooms like americas cardroom, betonline and 5dimes all now offer bitcoin deposits and payouts. i'm wondering if there are any legacy online gambling sites like these who have decided to completely abandon credit cards and bank wires in favour of crypto-currencies?

I'm pretty sure that Nitrogen Sports didn't start off as a bitcoin sportsbook. I think they were a regular online bookie who pivoted to bitcoin later.
