Cloudbet Casino Holding 65 BCH ($14k) due to US Citizenship

So I have been living abroad for the past 6 months first in France for a few months and then in Mexico after things between US and Europe got iffy.

I recently ran up a nice sum of 65 bitcoin cash on Cloudbet and when I went to withdraw they asked me for verifying documents. Sometimes I am using VPN's that default to the fastest server and sometimes, most times, that tends to be US servers. I haven't been on US soil in some time except to handle a few things and it's easier now that I'm down in Mexico to go back to California.

Long story short when they asked me for verification documents the only residence documents I had were from an overdue internet bill that I had stopped paying 6 months ago since I left the USA in a flurry. I'm trying to find a way to get the person I'm staying with to write a note and provide one of their utility bills but that is tricky. Long story short Cloudbet.com even told me they are finalizing saying I'm in US soil when I'm not, and that they won't communicate more on the matter. I've filed a complaint with multiple sites including this but it's still pending and there's more information that has come out since I filed it, that it's only because of them thinking I'm on US soil and providing the overdue internet bill from my residence in the United States.

What the heck can be done to get the 65 bitcoin cash in winnings? I've Lost so much money in my many years on this earth, this is just like a consolation prize and I earned it through the riskiest wagers you can imagine with some of the last pittance of my money and now this.

Can anyone please help me. Still waiting on the complaint to be accepted/filed. I've made threads on other forums and sites. It's a mess. I can provide those too, but I figured askgamblers is always the best. I'm working with Cloudbet to provide them the proof I have been in Mexico since this run happened, I would never gamble on US soil given the circumstances with these sites, but I didn't realize by providing my personal documents it would subject me to losing all of the winnings and pocketing the money I won.

Please help...
