BitStarz casino, which is a well-known one in this industry, has confiscated my winnings and closed my account after I had tried to withdraw my winnings. They requested so many documents from me during the withdrawal process, I sent the documents as they told me to but they did not approve any of the documents and closed my account permanently. I even sent them a selfie holding my Id next to my face but they also did not approve it. If this is an identity verification, it was real me playing on their casino website as they could see it from the photos I sent them. I definitely think that I did not deserve this.

Hello, this sounds awful, but the only thing to do would be to get in touch with someone from customer service so they can explain what happened or if it was an error or something like that. Hope everything works out for you
